014 September update: eligible-candidates list is now live
LDA’s official homepage now links a List of Eligible Candidates for the residential-plot ballot scheduled for 9 September 2026. Applicants should use the authority’s own portal to check their record. Appearance on the eligible list means the application may proceed to the ballot; it is not a plot allotment, ballot win, ownership document or guaranteed refund.
- Check the applicant name, CNIC or application reference against the submitted record
- Save the official result page or acknowledgement for your file
- If a detail is wrong or missing, contact LDA through an official channel before the ballot
- Do not pay an agent to alter eligibility, guarantee selection or sell an expected allocation
02What LDA has officially announced
LDA’s official website stated that online applications closed on 2 September 2026 and identifies 9 September 2026 as the residential-plot ballot date. The application deadline has passed; applicants should now use the eligible-list link and monitor the same official website for any corrigendum, procedure or result.
- Online application closing date: 2 September 2026
- Residential plot ballot date: 9 September 2026
- Application route: LDA’s official online ballot portal
03Details that buyers must not assume
The public homepage announcement does not provide a complete inventory table, plot-size list, scheme-wise prices or a guaranteed allocation. FPN is therefore not publishing guessed rates, returns or eligibility conditions. Applicants should read the terms shown after entering the official portal before generating or paying any challan.
04Safe application checklist
Use only the official LDA website and verify the applicant and challan details before payment.
- Confirm the exact scheme, plot category and eligibility inside the official portal
- Match the CNIC, mobile number and applicant name before submitting
- Read processing-fee, refund and payment-deadline conditions
- Retain the application number, paid challan and bank receipt
- Do not buy an expected allocation or application token from an unofficial person
- Treat balloting as a selection process—not a guaranteed investment return
05What happens before and after the 9 September ballot
Applicants should monitor LDA’s official website for any correction mechanism, revised schedule, ballot procedure and published result. A list circulated on WhatsApp or by an agent is not a substitute for the LDA portal. If LDA changes a date or issues a corrigendum, the authority’s later notice will control.
Verification noteOriginally verified from the Lahore Development Authority official website on 6 August 2026 and rechecked on 4 September 2026. LDA now links a List of Eligible Candidates for the residential-plot ballot dated 9 September 2026. FPN has not copied personal applicant data or inferred plot sizes, scheme-wise prices, allocation odds, result timing or charges that the public announcement does not state. Information may change after publication; always obtain the latest official document before acting.
