03How the 5% discount should be calculated
The discount is calculated against the agreed total property value shown in the unit's written cost sheet. For example, a qualifying unit with a PKR 1 Crore agreed property value would receive a PKR 5 Lakh discount, reducing the discounted property value to PKR 95 Lakh. Taxes and separate charges are not included in this example.
04Conditions buyers must confirm
Before paying a token or booking amount, obtain a dated FPN offer confirmation together with the developer's current cost sheet. The documents should identify the unit, floor, area, category, price, discount and revised payable schedule.
- New booking must be confirmed in writing by FPN on 14 August 2026
- Offer is subject to qualifying live inventory and installment availability
