Central Park Lahore LDA Approval 2026: Phase II & III Records Explained
LDA's live approved-schemes register contains separate entries for Central Park Phase II, revised Phase II and Phase III. FPN compares the official areas, plot counts, approval dates and mortgaged-plot references—and explains why a society-level entry still does not prove that every advertised plot is approved, transferable or free of dues.

Buyer questions
Frequently asked questions.
Is Central Park Lahore LDA approved?+
LDA's live Approved Schemes register contains named approved records for Central Park Phase II, revised Phase II and Phase III. A buyer must still match the exact phase, approved-plan version, block and plot; the society name alone is not plot-level approval proof.
What is the latest Central Park Phase II approval record?+
The live LDA register shows a revised Phase II record with 971.5 Kanal, 1,242 residential plots, 135 commercial plots and an approval date of 16 October 2024. Compare any offered plot with that revised plan and current LDA record.
When was Central Park Phase III approved?+
The LDA register lists Central Park Housing Scheme Phase III as approved on 7 March 2023, with 294.70 Kanal, 523 residential plots and 33 commercial plots.
Does an approved society record mean every plot can be transferred?+
No. Transfer also depends on exact approved-plan coverage, allotment/title, mortgage or release status, dues, NDC, seller identity, litigation and society procedures.
Why does LDA show mortgaged plot numbers?+
Private schemes commonly mortgage land or plots as security for development obligations. A buyer should not infer present sale or release status from an old list; obtain current plot-specific written confirmation.
Where is Central Park Housing Scheme located?+
The official Central Park website gives the address as 31-km Main Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Verify the exact phase entrance and plot pin before visiting or paying.
Did FPN verify Central Park Phase I as unapproved?+
No. The matched live LDA search results reviewed on 27 August 2026 did not surface a separately named Phase I record. That absence is not evidence of illegality or rejection; request the exact Phase I approval plan and authority confirmation for a Phase I plot.
01
The answer is phase-specific, not society-wide
A buyer asking whether Central Park Lahore is 'LDA approved' needs a narrower answer. LDA's live register separates Phase II, revised Phase II and Phase III into distinct records with different areas, plot counts, approval dates and mortgage references. The correct verification target is therefore the exact phase and approved-plan version containing the offered plot—not a logo, entrance gate, marketing map or general society name.
Write down the phase, block and plot number
Ask which approved-plan version contains it
Match the plan boundary and numbered plot
Keep the current LDA result with the deal file
02
Phase II changed materially in the revised LDA record
The original Phase II entry reports 820 Kanal, 1,000 residential plots and 93 commercial plots, with final approval granted on 24 September 2021. LDA also publishes a revised Phase II record dated 16 October 2024 showing 971.5 Kanal, 1,242 residential plots and 135 commercial plots. Because the later record is larger and carries different counts, a Phase II buyer should insist on the revised approved layout applicable to the exact plot rather than rely on an older sales map.
03
Phase III is a separate approved record
LDA lists Central Park Housing Scheme Phase III at Mouza Atto Asal and Ladhekey Bhullar, off Ferozepur Road and adjacent to the already approved Central Park area. Its record reports 294.70 Kanal, 523 residential plots, 33 commercial plots and an approval date of 7 March 2023. These figures help identify the official record, but they do not confirm that a seller owns a particular plot or that every current marketing label maps cleanly to that plan.
04
Mortgaged plots need current release evidence
The LDA register publishes plot-number references in its mortgage field for all three matched records. This information is important but time-sensitive: it does not tell a buyer whether a specific plot was later released, substituted, transferred or remains restricted today. Ask the society and LDA for current written status tied to the same plot number, and do not treat a dealer statement or undated screenshot as clearance.
Check the exact plot against the mortgage field
Request release or substitution evidence where relevant
Verify the document number, date and issuing office
Repeat the check immediately before transfer
05
Central Park location and the limits of official marketing
Central Park's official website gives the society address as 31-km Main Ferozepur Road, Lahore, and identifies Urban Developers Group. That is useful for confirming the marketed location and developer identity. It does not replace LDA plan verification, seller-title checks, plot demarcation, dues, transfer permission or a physical inspection of access and utilities in the exact block.
06
Document checklist before token or transfer
Build one file in which every record points to the same property. Names, plot numbers and plan versions must match across the booking or allotment document, approved layout, seller CNIC, transfer chain, NDC and physical demarcation. If one document uses a different phase name or plot numbering system, pause until the society and authority reconcile it in writing.
Stamped LDA-approved layout for the applicable phase/revision
Allotment, allocation and complete transfer chain
Seller identity and authority to sell
Current NDC and society statement of account
Current mortgage/release confirmation
Possession, demarcation and construction-permission status
Transfer fee, taxes and all society charges quoted in writing
Independent lawyer's title and litigation review
07
Buyer implication: approval reduces one risk, not every risk
An approved LDA record is material evidence and should be checked, but it is only one layer of due diligence. A Central Park plot can still carry seller, title, dues, mortgage, location, possession, encroachment, development or resale risks. Compare the exact plot with nearby completed transactions where possible, visit it in daylight, and make payment only through a documented transfer process after independent legal review.
Verification note
Verified on 27 August 2026 against Lahore Development Authority's live Approved Schemes register and Central Park/Urban Developers' official website. The LDA register returned three separately named Central Park records: Phase II, revised Phase II and Phase III. FPN transcribed their published area, plot-count, approval-stage and mortgaged-plot fields without treating them as a blanket approval for every Central Park block or plot. The official developer website confirms the society address at 31-km Main Ferozepur Road, Lahore. LDA's live search did not surface a separately named Phase I entry in the matched Central Park results reviewed for this article; this is a search result limitation, not a finding that Phase I is illegal or rejected. Buyers must obtain the exact approved plan and plot-level verification from LDA and the society before payment. Information may change after publication; always obtain the latest official document before acting.
