01Official IPS Dubai 2026 event details
Dubai Land Department announced on 3 August 2026 that the 22nd International Property Show will run from 7 to 9 September 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre. The official IPS event page lists Halls 4–8 and daily opening hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Dubai World Trade Centre lists the event as trade only, so visitors should confirm current admission and registration requirements before travelling.
- Dates: Monday 7 September to Wednesday 9 September 2026
- Venue: Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai
- Official halls: 4–8
- Published timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Edition: 22nd International Property Show
02What the official programme is expected to include
DLD says the 2026 edition will include the main conference, an Institutional Investors Conference, a Women Conference, workshops, specialised training, project-launch platforms, investor programmes and investment-destination showcases. PropTech, sustainability and smart-city themes are also part of the published programme.
03Why the event matters—but does not validate every offer
An international exhibition can help buyers compare developers, projects, finance providers and legal-service firms in one place. It does not replace regulatory checks. A booth, event badge, promotional payment plan or limited-time discount should never be treated as automatic evidence that a project is registered, its advertising is permitted or the seller can safely receive funds.
- Match the developer and project to current Dubai Land Department records
- Check the advertisement permit and Madmoun/Trakheesi QR where applicable
- Verify the project escrow account before any off-plan payment
- Confirm unit number, area, price, payment schedule and completion date in writing
- Do not pay a personal account, unverified representative or undocumented reservation link
04A practical plan for Pakistani and overseas visitors
Pre-register through the official IPS channel, shortlist the developers and sessions relevant to your budget, and carry a written comparison sheet. Convert the full AED commitment into PKR only for budgeting; the legal purchase documents and payment channel must remain the controlling record.
- Record the total price—not only the booking amount or monthly installment
- Add DLD, trustee, mortgage, service, agency and other applicable charges
- Ask whether the quoted area is net, built-up or saleable
- Compare handover obligations, delay remedies and cancellation clauses
- Keep copies of the permit, booking form, receipt and authorised bank details
05What DLD's attendance figures do and do not mean
DLD reports that IPS 2025 attracted more than 30,000 visitors from 182 nationalities and 153 countries and facilitated business agreements valued above AED 1.84 billion. These historical event figures show scale; they do not predict the performance, rent, liquidity or resale value of an individual property offered in 2026.
06FPN position: use IPS to compare, then verify independently
IPS 2026 can be a useful research and networking opportunity. The safer approach is to collect documents at the event, verify them through the relevant Dubai systems and qualified advisers, and pay only after the exact property, seller authority, escrow route and complete financial commitment have been confirmed.
Verification noteVerified against Dubai Land Department's official announcement dated 3 August 2026, the IPS 2026 official event-information page and Dubai World Trade Centre's event listing. The programme, venue and timings are official event information. FPN does not treat exhibition participation, a launch announcement or an event-only incentive as proof of developer approval, project registration, escrow protection, title, construction progress, delivery or investment return. Information may change after publication; always obtain the latest official document before acting.
