01What the 9 August 2026 developer update confirms
Landmark Developers' official public update states that Phase 1 has completed the columns for the 11th slab. This is a newer milestone than the 22 July update, which reported Phase 1's 10th-slab pouring complete. Together, the dated posts show continued vertical work on Phase 1.
- Official update date: 9 August 2026
- Reported milestone: Phase 1 — 11th-slab columns completed
- Earlier 22 July reference: Phase 1 — 10th-slab pouring completed

02What the milestone does not prove
A slab or column milestone describes structural progress at a particular phase. It does not by itself confirm that the full grey structure, other phases, mechanical and electrical services, elevators, fire-safety systems, finishes, utilities, testing or handover documentation are complete.
- Do not interpret Phase 1 progress as completion of the entire project
- Do not assume a possession date without a written unit-specific commitment
- Do not assume advertised amenities are installed or operational
- Do not treat construction progress as proof of approval or title status
03Why phase and unit identification matters
Grand 14 has been marketed in multiple phases and with different inventory categories. A buyer should match the proposed unit to the exact phase, floor, approved plan and construction position. Progress on one phase cannot safely be applied to a unit allocated in another phase.
04Buyer checks before paying a token or installment
Ask for current evidence that connects the quoted unit to the legal and construction record. The cost sheet, allocation, ledger and agreement should all identify the same unit and phase.
- Visit the site and photograph the phase and floor marker
- Obtain the latest dated unit statement and complete 100% payment schedule
- Verify title, sanctioned building plan and applicable Bahria permissions
- Check whether development, utility, transfer, escalation or possession charges are separate
- Read delay, cancellation, refund, substitution and handover clauses
- Request written confirmation of the current outstanding balance and installment status
05FPN reading: visible progress, but documents still control the deal
The dated developer update is a positive construction signal for Phase 1. The investment decision should nevertheless be based on the exact unit, current site inspection, legal documents, complete payment arithmetic and enforceable delivery terms—not on a milestone headline alone.
Verification noteVerified against Landmark Developers' official public post titled 'Grand 14 Construction Update | 09 Aug 2026'. The post reports Phase 1's 11th-slab columns as completed. FPN has treated this as a developer-reported construction milestone only; it does not independently certify total project completion, building services, approvals, handover readiness or possession dates. Information may change after publication; always obtain the latest official document before acting.
