Buyer questions
Frequently asked questions.
Are these official AWT prices?+
No. These are selected seller asking prices visible on 9 October 2026. AWT's official pages were used for project identity and location context, not to convert resale asks into an official rate.
Does a listing prove the plot is available or transferable?+
No. Re-confirm the exact plot number, seller authority, allotment, ledger, NDC, mortgage/release status and current transfer procedure before token or bayana.
Why is Phase 2 split by block?+
Block, road, park/corner position, possession and development context materially change asking prices. E, E-2 and F are therefore shown separately for 10 Marla plots.
Are taxes and transfer costs included?+
No inclusion was established. Obtain a same-day written expense sheet covering applicable taxes, AWT transfer/NDC costs, outstanding dues, location premium and professional verification.
01
Two phases, two different comparison sets
AWT's official website places Phase I on Defence Road and Phase II on Main Raiwind Road. The public evidence set for Phase I is smaller, while Phase II has more visible block-level listings. FPN has not blended the two phases into one society-wide rate.
02
Phase 1 evidence is intentionally conservative
The 10 Marla entry records one selected PKR 1.40 Crore ask rather than presenting a false range. The selected 1 Kanal evidence spans PKR 2.20–2.60 Crore across Blocks B, C and D or society-level listings. Exact road, corner and plot documentation can change a defensible offer.
03
Phase 2 E, E-2 and F need separate 10 Marla comparisons
Visible 10 Marla asks were PKR 1.30–1.55 Crore in Block E, PKR 1.25–1.50 Crore in Block E-2 and PKR 1.00–1.35 Crore in Block F. These are search brackets from public asks, not completed-sale averages.
04
Do not convert seller claims into verified attributes
Terms such as possession, LDA approved, pole-free, corner, near park or main boulevard remain seller claims until the exact property and competent record are checked. The official Phase II description establishes the scheme identity and general development context, not the status of an advertised plot.
05
Before paying token or bayana
Match the seller and exact plot with the current allotment or ownership record, approved plan coverage, ledger, NDC, mortgage/release position and AWT transfer process. Keep taxes, society charges, dues and professional checks separate from the asking price. For an exact same-day quotation, contact FPN on 0322-4222522.
Verification note
Checked 9 October 2026, 7:36 PM PKT. FPN compared current public residential plot listings with AWT's official Phase I and Phase II project descriptions. Prices below are seller asking evidence—not official AWT fixed rates, authority valuations or completed transactions. Listing visibility and seller wording do not prove ownership, continued availability, approval, possession, mortgage release, dues or transfer eligibility. Information may change after publication; always obtain the latest official document before acting.
