01Source: CDA official media release. Sector-level progress; verify individual plot status separately.
01
What CDA reported
CDA says approximately 750 kanal of acquired land in E-12 has been cleared of unauthorized occupation. Its chairman reviewed the sector and instructed officers to accelerate development in cleared areas. The release also reports allotment letters issued to affectees whose claims had passed verification and legal formalities.
02
What buyers should request
Before paying a token, obtain the exact plot number, allotment and transfer chain, current dues statement, possession position and a site visit. Ask CDA to reconcile any difference between the seller’s papers and the official record. Sector-wide progress alone cannot settle a disputed title or establish that a particular street has utilities.
03
Keep the decision tied to the property
A useful purchase file should record the seller’s written quotation, all additional charges and the evidence checked on that date. Do not accept a verbal promise of immediate possession or a guaranteed resale gain as a substitute for documents. Ask FPN to review the property details before committing funds.
