How much is the Eiffel-view studio?+
The 315 sq ft studio is PKR 63 lakh: PKR 6.3 lakh down, PKR 6.3 lakh allotment, 25 instalments of PKR 88,200, five biannual payments of PKR 378,000 and PKR 945,000 on possession.
Is the down payment the same for every Kuwait Mall category?+
No. Commercial shops and apartments list 10% down plus 10% allotment. Kiosks list 30% down; Shapes Gym lists 20% down, with no separate allotment amount shown.

Kuwait Mall payment-plan update: what is included?
This update combines the newly supplied floor brochures and retained earlier apartment schedules into one readable guide for Kuwait Mall in Bahria Town Lahore. Compare the purchase category, area, full price and every payment stage before choosing a shop or apartment. FPN has checked the arithmetic, linked all nine supplied brochures and added ten focused floor/category guides. The earlier FPN PDF and branded plan images remain dated references and exclude the new penthouse schedule.

Commercial shops: compare floor and frontage
The supplied ground-floor shop rate starts at PKR 85,000 per sq ft; standard first, second and third floors use PKR 60,000, 50,000 and 40,000 respectively. Atrium-view categories have higher rates. Standard commercial schedules allocate 10% down, 10% allotment, 30% across 25 instalments, 30% across 5 biannual payments and 20% on possession.
Third-floor 280 sq ft shop: PKR 11,200,000 total; PKR 1,120,000 down payment.
Ground-floor 280 sq ft shop: PKR 23,800,000 total; PKR 2,380,000 down payment.

Kiosks from 35 lakh and Shapes Gym examples from 25 lakh
A third-floor 140 sq ft kiosk is listed at PKR 3,500,000: PKR 1,050,000 down, 25 instalments of PKR 49,000, five biannual payments of PKR 175,000 and PKR 350,000 on possession. The 62.5 sq ft Shapes Gym example totals PKR 2,500,000, with PKR 500,000 down. The newly supplied Gym sheet says areas are not eligible for physical possession. Confirm the legal share/participation agreement; do not treat this as an ordinary occupiable shop.

Apartments by view: Eiffel, Downtown, Theme Park and Pool
Apartment rates are PKR 18,000–20,000 per sq ft across the supplied view categories. The 315 sq ft Eiffel-view studio totals PKR 6,300,000, with PKR 630,000 down and a separate PKR 630,000 allotment payment. Compare floor, view, usable area, fit-out and full handover costs. Current supplied terms say units are non-furnished. Eiffel, Downtown and Theme Park pricing is retained from the earlier sheets; the newly supplied residential brochure prices Pool View studio, one-bed and two-bed examples. Pool-view 1/2 BHK schedules allocate 40% to instalments and 25% to biannual payments; the other supplied apartment rows allocate 35% and 30%.

Duplex penthouse: gross and net area matter
The supplied discounted rate is PKR 26,000 per gross sq ft. The 4 BHK duplex example is 3,175 gross / 2,350 net sq ft at PKR 82,550,000; the 2 BHK example is 1,640 gross / 1,215 net sq ft at PKR 42,640,000. Allotment is labelled 45 days. Verify pool rights and the different payment splits in each row.

Payment plans and live inventory are different
These sheets price categories; they do not identify available unit numbers. Kuwait Mall’s website inventory table currently uses dated August 2026 commercial and residential snapshots. The new price plan does not automatically update those historical unit prices or prove those units remain available. Request the current unit statement from FPN before reserving.

Ask for current availability, dated instalment due dates, possession conditions, taxes, utility charges, transfer fees and approval/title documents. United Actros’ official website and management announcement confirm that the developer states LDA approval. FPN has verified that public statement; obtain the actual approval number and sanctioned plan from LDA for independent scope verification.
